The way a mule is made up, mentally, is they want a friend. Unfortunately, too many people
do not want to be the mules friend and they start out, through old standard training methods,
to show the mule that the human is something to be feared. This creates insurmountable
resistance in the mule as it would with anything or anybody. The training of the mule is really
more of a philosophy than cut and dry training methods. In order to work with your mule, in
true understanding, you are continually presenting something to the mule and asking him to
follow your direction. Presenting and asking, not forcing and telling. Much like you would
present the idea of going on a trail ride to a friend and asking if he would like to go with you.
Trying to achieve true understanding is difficult but by looking at things from the mules point
of view and presenting your program in a way that the mule can understand, you will not be
building resistance but instead you will have a relationship with a friend for life.

Dog Training:
To feel secure, all dogs need a calm, confident leader. Effective leadership isn't about
dominating your dog and making him submissive toward you. It’s about being a teacher and
building his confidence. You can achieve that by encouraging and rewarding good behavior.
I specialize in animals that are difficult to train. I work with your animals using natural
techniques. I train you in understanding your animals actions and behaviours so you can
continue the training process long after I'm gone
